Our Mission

Based in Red Deer, Alberta, Nirvana Forge – Talent Bridge Canada is a new recruitment and integration support service dedicated to helping skilled newcomers connect with Canadian employers in high-demand sectors such as healthcare, skilled trades, and technology.

We focus on three core areas: job matching, which assists newcomers in exploring potential employment opportunities and understanding the Canadian job market; mentorship, providing guidance and insights from experienced professionals to support career development; and career readiness, offering tools and resources for resume building, interview preparation, and workplace integration.

Through these services, we aim to support newcomers in their professional journey while helping employers access diverse talent. Our vision is to foster a workforce that thrives on diversity, inclusion, and mutual growth.
